Kiwi stands for Key Wellness Indicator. It is a personal habit or experience that is likely to change when we are under stress.
I want to start running, can this be a KIWI?
No. When we want to develop a new habit, it is best to write a goal around it. Kiwis don't require us to do anything new. They just represent our current state of wellbeing. Kiwis allow us to see when we are falling off balance and allow us to come back to status quo. When the new habit becomes an established habit - e.g. you’ve been running for + 3 months - then we can consider running as part of our work life balance and create a Kiwi for it.
Is the tool available on mobile or the app stores?
Kiwi is designed primarily to be used on the desktop. For best optimal experience, use it on a desktop browser.
How can I request a feature?
When you open the app, go to the Menu. You'll have the option to send a feature request. Send them our way!
Will I be charged once my free trial is over?
No. Since we are currently accepting beta users, the product is available for free.
Does my Kiwi update automatically?
No. We want to be self-aware of our habit changes. For this reason, we need to update the Kiwis manually, once a week. Worry not, it only takes 3 minutes.
Is it really 3 mins once a week?
Yes. Yes. Yes. We have a lot of things on our plate already. Kiwis is designed to be intuitive, simple and personal.
