A coach selects partners for you. Every Monday you share with your partners the status of your objective, your KIWI and the specific actions for that week.

A coach reviews your Monday status update and action plan for the week. You meet with your coach once a month to discuss your progress.

Subscription FAQ

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Go to Manage Subscription and enter the email address you used to subscribe. You will receive an email from support@mysuperportal.com with access to Stripe. From here you’ll be able to cancel your subscription. If you have any questions, reach out to us at info@helloheron.com

Can I start with Coach Mode and move to Flock Mode?

Yes. In fact, many of our users start with a coach to gain momentum and as they get more confident they start working with an accountability partner. You can change your subscription at any time by cancelling your current subscription and resubscribing. Note that it may take us a few days to find a good accountability partner for you. But don’t worry, one of our coaches will stay with you until we do.

Can I upgrade from Flock Mode to Coach?

Yes. We ask you to let your accountability partner know because that’s a nice thing to do. And don’t worry, we will reach out to your partner and take care of them. Next, go to Manage Subscription, cancel Flock Mode and re-subscribe to Coach Mode. After you do, we will send you an email to schedule the first coaching session. If you have any questions, email us at info@helloheron.com.

How do I access the Heron app?

After you subscribe, you will receive an email with the link to the Heron app. The app is in Beta so it is not yet available in the Apple or Play Stores. To login to the app, we ask you to use the same email account you used to Subscribe to Heron. You will be able to login using your Gmail, Microsoft of any provider you already have. You can reach out to us with any questions at info@helloheron.com.

I already have an accountability partner, can we join together?

Of course! You will both need to subscribe to Flock Mode. Send us an email to info@helloheron.com letting us know that you’d like to be matched together.

Can I opt-out of having an accountability partner?

Yes. You can use the Heron app to work on your own. Subscribe to Flock Mode. We will email you instructions to get started. Just let us know then that you prefer to work on your own.
